Welcome to MICA Transportation System (“MICA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our transportation services, whether accessed via our website, mobile app, or direct booking. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility
    To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. You also agree to provide accurate and current information when registering or booking with us.
  2. Service Usage
    MICA provides transportation services, including but not limited to, shuttle rides, charter services, and scheduled routes. Bookings are subject to availability. Passengers must adhere to posted rules and driver instructions for safety.
  3. Payment
    All rides must be paid for before service, unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and other payment platforms as indicated. Prices are subject to change, but you will be informed before confirming a booking.
  4. Cancellations and Refunds
    Cancellations made at least [X hours/days] in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within [X hours] of the scheduled ride may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
  5. Passenger Conduct
    No smoking, drinking alcohol, or illegal drug use is permitted in any MICA vehicle. Disorderly, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service and/or permanent suspension. Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle.
  6. Luggage and Personal Items
    MICA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Each passenger is allowed [X] bags with specific size and weight limits.
  7. Delays and Service Interruptions
    MICA is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other events beyond our control. In case of cancellations by MICA, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
  8. Liability
    MICA is insured as required by law. However, our liability is limited to direct damages only. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  9. Privacy
    Your data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by using our services.
  10. SMS Consent
    By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from MICA Transportation System related to your bookings, ride status, customer service, or promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”. For help, reply “HELP” or contact us at booking@micatransportation.com.
  11. Modifications
    MICA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  12. Governing Law
